An icon of the Weiss style, Franziskaner is a wheat beer with a blonde colour and a rich white head. The aromas and flavours are characterised by notes of malt, yeast, wheat, and peppery hints, well-balanced with the typical fruity notes (ripe banana and citrus).

Floral hop flavors are released with notes of fruit and pine needles, followed by lighter hints of caramel. The finish is marked by a pleasant and typical bitter note.
